Communication is one of the most important stages of an enquiry and will be key to starting the whole process off. An initial consultation meeting followed by regular updates will help determine your exact requirements and then start the next stage of the project.
From your instructions, we'll complete a job specifications form, agree this with you and then source the best printer for your job. In our experience, printing with your local print house is not always necessary, as long as they can deliver a good quality job at a price you can afford then they could be situated in any part of the world - yes, that's right, world!
We will agree a price with you to complete the whole job, which will include our initial consultation meeting, liaising with a number of print suppliers to make sure they have the correct press configurations required to print the job and to make sure that the files you send are compatible with their 'front end' requirements. We will check that they can supply the correct proofs for your job, whether it be a 'wet proof', which will normally be produced on the stock of the job or as near as possible, or a 'high resolution' proof which will give you a good idea of the end colour result. We will then discuss with them the required schedule for this job and how many days will be needed in advance to achieve your specified delivery date.
Once these few steps are in place, We will visit the proposed printer to confirm that he has the necessary requirements and make arrangements to be available to pass your production on press - We can then be sure that the final printed job is what YOU wanted. The final stage will be to make sure that the job has been delivered on the specified date and to the correct address.
The price we agree with you at the start of any process will be for the complete production of a job - there will be no hidden extras unless otherwise agreed with you beforehand.
