The handling of any job and looking after the day to day running of an account will often dictate whether the whole process and relationship between the customer and Eurographic Services will be a profitable one.
Every job produced is bespoke and will need individual attention. Being proactive and contactable during busy schedule times is an area we pride ourselves in, and as a solutions provider will suggest ways of improving efficiency in terms of cost and time, and we'll also make suggestions on the look of a product, if beneficial.
We are aware that a percentage of print jobs booked in for a specific date may slip. We fully understand this and have experience in re-negotiate a workable schedule with the printer to satisfy all requirements. Being flexible is the name of the game, and we also know that un-scheduled demands out of everyone's control can not be foreseen. Whatever the reason for this, we will re-look and prioritise the schedule to get the job done.
As a final exercise, We will take time and look at the printing press efficiency levels, as this is an area that can eat up a few hard earned pounds if not monitored, and we'll make sure that the printer chosen can produce a consistent, high quality print job. We've also been talking to previously satisfied customers who have asked that, printers taken on board should have the necessary Environmental certification standards, as being 'green' is an important part of today's way of life.
